This division functions as an extension of our Engineering wing. Normally their job is centered around attending to the complaints registered by our clients. The purpose of having such a service is to ensure speedy rectifications of defects intimated by the clients or detected by the company officials. On most occasions such repair works are carried out through our existing panel of contractors.
In order to maintain a long and enduring relationship, we firmly believe that customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. Complaints generally are categorised as – within the company scope and that which comes in the scope of clients. In either case suitable remedial measures will be suggested and appropriate actions taken, thus ensuring peace to our esteemed clients.
